1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
1.3 Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact Us within 3 days of receiving your item at info@supersteel.lk.
- We will guide you through the return process, providing you the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.4 Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 Refund Eligibility:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Bank or original method of payment within 5 days.
2.3 Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
- Contact your Bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
